If you're visiting the Potonow website for the first time and don't know how to book a photoshoot and connect with the perfect photographer, we're here to help! Follow these seven simple steps to book a photoshoot:
Step 1: Create an Account on Potonow
Sign up on the Potonow platform to get started. It's quick and easy!
Step 2: Fill out a Photoshoot Request
Just follow our simple form and tell us all about your dream photoshoot! Do you prefer a dynamic and youthful vibe or something gentle and muse-like? What about your colour preferences—do you like bright and vibrant, or low and moody tones?
Don’t hesitate to mention any special props you want, like flowers or stuffed animals. The more details, the better!
When setting your budget, include any additional services (makeup, costumes, props) to avoid unexpected costs. Sharing sample photos of your vision will help photographers capture exactly what you’re imagining.
Step 3: Wait for Photographers to Bid on Your Shooting Request
Sit back and relax while photographers review your request and place their bids. You'll soon have a variety of options to choose from!
Step 4: Select a Photographer and Discuss Details
Choose the photographer who best matches your style and budget. Chat about all the exciting details—concept, schedule, makeup, costumes, and location. Schedule your photoshoot at least 3 days in advance to ensure everyone has time to prepare. A deposit of 20% will be requested to confirm the booking.

Step 5: Time for Your Photoshoot
Be on time for your photoshoot so you can enjoy a smooth and comfy experience.
Step 6: Payment and Raw Photos
Once your shoot is done, we’ll collect the remaining balance. Within 3 days, you’ll get all the raw photos to review. You’ll then have 7 days to choose which photos you want edited through a Google form. Don’t forget to add any comments on how you’d like the photos to look! (The number of photos you can select for editing depends on your agreement with the photographer.)
Step 7: Get Your Gorgeous Edited Photos
Within a week, Potonow will send you the edited photos to check out. If there’s anything you’re not thrilled with, let us know! We’ll work with the photographer to make sure everything looks just how you want it.
